- The stock footage animation, introduced in episode 25, was updated to feature the Silver Crystal starting in episode 36. Changes included: energy being absorbed into the jewel as Sailor Moon held the Moon Stick in front of her face, and spheres of light emitting from the Silver Crystal during the finale. The background music was different as well. Additionally, the original sequence was slightly altered in episode 27 to reflect that Sailor Moon had just taken off her tiara to weaken Bunbo.
- The vocal command activated both the innate healing ability of the Moon Stick as well as the other powers of the Silver Crystal.
- While Moon Tiara Stardust reversed the effects of Iguara’s control on her victims in episode 5, Moon Healing Escalation actually purified those individuals who had been transformed into youma, or were corrupted by the Dark Kingdom’s evil influence.
- Most enemies cleansed by Moon Healing Escalation said the catchphrase “refresh” or a variation of it prior to his or her restoration.
